Love Lash – Our Lovely Policies

Hi Beautiful,
We’re so happy you’re here. To ensure every client enjoys the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you review our policies before your appointment.

1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your appointment. This secures your spot and is applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
  
  

• No-shows may be charged a fee and may not be eligible to rebook.
  
  

3. Running Late
Please arrive on time so we can provide the full lash experience. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

4. Refunds & Fixes
We do not offer refunds on services. If you notice an issue, please contact us within 36 hours. A complimentary touch-up will be offered if needed.

5. Infill Appointments
To qualify for an infill, at least 30% of your extensions must remain. If it has been more than 3–4 weeks, or retention is low, a full set may be required.

6. Clean Lashes = Happy Lashes
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes—no mascara, eyeliner, or oily products.

7. Health & Wellness
If you are unwell or have a contagious eye condition (such as a stye or conjunctivitis), please reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to protect both your health and ours.

8. Allergic Reactions
Patch tests or glue tests are available upon request (please schedule at least 24 hours before your appointment). Allergic reactions are possible even with prior lash experience. While refunds are not provided, complimentary removal will be offered if a reaction occurs.

9. Photos & Social Media
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos to share on our social media. You are welcome to opt out at any time.
